I miss John and everyone at Slyman Brothers We purchased all our appliances from this store and were always very happy. We moved to Sunrise Beach at the Lake of The Ozarks, but always call John to find out on the best appliance and best prices, He happened to know some one in Columbia Missouri so now we go to that store to purchase the appliances we may need, but first have to call John and ask for his opinion. Last time I bought appliances I went to Best Buy. NEVER AGAIN! Slyman was awesome, the sales guy was an encyclopedia of appliance information. He must have had his PHD or something. Anyways, we got a new top of the line Samsung dishwasher and installation for mid-range dishwasher price. Wife is super happy! We cannot even hear the dishwasher running in a completely silent house! If you have ANY thoughts of replacing an appliance, go to Slyman FIRST!
I purchased a dishwasher 4/09 (has been serviced twice) and a Whirlpool duet washer 8/09. In 2012 the washer was giving me the F20 error. I called Slyman and Whirlpool and was told to call for service. Appliance repair came out and said they would not service my machine because it did not have a serial number. He was nice enough to give me the part number so I could order and install. This week the machine has a F71 which is a more complicated error. Too expensive for me to fix. We just purchased a house and got all new appliances. The Slyman Brothers told us they would beat the lowest prices! We shopped and they were true to their word. They were very helpful. The sale delivery and installation went GREAT! I recommend them highly!
My wife and I just bought a house. We went to Slyman Brothers Appliance in Ballwin, MO. Everyone that worked there was so nice and had answers to all your questions, unlike the box stores we had been to. We got a great new microwave and frig. We would recommend everyone to shop there. Come to find out, they are still a family owned and operated store and we were glad to support them then the box stores.
Great Company I had an issue with another appliance company that I was lead to believe was owned by slyman brothers (which it's not). They were extreamly responsive and it wasn't even their issue!! I wish I would have purchased from them! (Edited September 26, 2008)
