Very helpful staff; Miss Carol and Mr. Joe showed me how to use the HD app to find where things are in the store... right down to what "bay" to look in... that will be a time- saver for sure in the future.

Beware of getting new floors put in your house. I've been dealing with this for about 8 months now. 4 thousand dollar job for 2 rooms just for them to mess up my floors and wont claim responsibility after they messed them up !! they keep claiming it's a defect in the floors. my floors are lifting, popping in certain places and now starting to discolor. they expect me to go around and color my floors with a marker that's what they told me. the manager gave me a floor marker today. they sent someone out the other day to fix th... read more
Worst Store ever. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT. They don't stand behind their products.
I asked for help at the store and the store associate laughed at me and walked away. The customer service at the store has been declining for months. I reported this several times to management and nothing is being done. The cashier people are fantastic but it's the customer service people in the aisles in my opinion are worthless.
