Worst service ever after our washing machine broke down. They provide great customer service when they want to sell you something, but when our washing machine broke down less than 1 year after our purchase, it took them almost 2 months to finally get it fixed. What family with kids can go this long without doing laundry, and when there is no laundromat where we live? I work as a nurse, and I don't think my patients would appreciate if I didn't show up until weeks later with something they needed.
I have always had great service and great recommendations on appliances! Go see Troy!
I bought a chest freezer here a couple months ago. It's been a great machine. Service at the store and delivery of the freezer were excellent!
