As I spoke to you on the phone you paid us $149 for a maintenance cleaning back in July. We said that the part you need is on backorder and we dont know when it will become available and for that reason we wont be taking a deposit or any amount for the part and will notify you once it becomes available. Again the $149 you paid was for a maintenace and cleaning of the unit which was provided to you. Good day

The compressor on my refrigerator failed on a friday afternoon. Called ACA to schedule a service call . I was told nothing was available for Saturday but if one opened up they would call me back. A short time later they called to inform me that they could schedule a service call on Saturday. Next day James arrived on time. Tested the refrigerator and said it needed a new compressor.
