Dishonest company. Refrig didn't work after they warranted. Sent out another refrigerated and wanted to charge another delivery charge plus more $$. Would not discuss or explain why invoice was not adding up. Poor business practice and were trying to scam for more than we should be paying. Anthony had a very bad attitude when questioned about the invoice and changed his price a couple times. have msgs to prove his dishonesty. Pretty bad business man.
I absolutely LOVE this store. The owners and employees have always been there to help me and my clients. If your in need and looking for a great deal on used appliances give them a call!
Called in the evening and he came out the next morning before I had to be to work. Fixed our oven in less than 20 min for a very reasonable price.
poor customer service and lack of communication between owner techs and customers called owner three times for the same problem and he promises me that tech will be here at certain time and day. I wait and no one shows call owner and he tells me to call tech like that's my responsibility NOT ! Call anyway and tech says she doesn't know anything about service call . DONT use them they are not reliable and give you runaround and no shows
These guys were Awesome! Worked hard to make sure our air conditioner was fixed in time for this heatwave coming...111 is on it's way! They even called to check on us to make sure it was all good! Thank you guys for sweating it through and really caring about your customers!
