Would leave zero stars if I could. Four weeks, four visits (last one pending) to fix an ice maker. First technician came and told me I had to clean the grills. Claimed he didn’t have the stuff to do it (it’s your job), said that would fix the issue. NEVER looked at the ice maker. So I cleaned them, of course that did nothing. Home warranty repair company. Four words you never want to see when you're hoping to get a repair. The entire purpose of this company is to run you around in circles until you're so sick of dealing with them that you go away. Had the same issue with the same appliances for almost a year. Never a fix, always a delay. Not to mention the service person is horribly rude and dismissive.
