I've been working with them through Lowe's for the past 3 1/2 weeks to get a warranty repair done on my fridge. 1st Scheduled appointment, didn't show up, 2nd scheduled appointment 2 days later showed early and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Said it would take a week to get the parts. Fast forward 19 days, still no part. Multiple calls to office go unanswered unless try from a different phone each time, messages left don't get returned.
