9 months after spending $800 on a washer-dryer set I still have been unable to wash or dry any clothes. The washer I bought was defective and stopped working mid-cycle, and to their credit they replaced it. However, the replacement also has serious issues draining, making puddles behind and underneath it. They'll only replace an appliance once so if the replacement is also defective then tough luck for the buyer. The dryer also needed replacement as it had a mildew problem, but the replacement had either had a fire inside it... read more
I bought a washer and dryer from this company. Neither one worked and it was obvious they had not repaired them prior to selling them to us. The electrical wires in the dryer were disconnected and there was no belt. These people are unethical and untrustworthy!! Do not buy from them!!

I Went To Appliance Solutions (10 Enterprise Dr. Suite D, Rohnert Park, Calif. 94928) To Pick-Up A Used Fixed-Up Washer Priced Around $400.00 For A Long Time Client In The Sonoma With A Mover Truck Carrying A Lift-Gate And Machine Operation Dolly. I Got All Kinds Of Negative Character From Laura Being The Manager Promptly As If I Was Really Cutting Into The Pick-Up, Delivery And Hook-Up Charges For The Company Application.
