Won't return my calls. Washer was crap from the day I got it. They said they replaced the suspension rods before they sold it....and they dont include suspension rods in their 4 month warranty and those rods are clearly junk! They offered to pay half the cost for the rods, which I even gave them the cash for prior (which was dumb on my part...), and said they'd order them for weeks but they never did. Never showed up...twice; repeatedly insisted to our home warranty company that they came to our home to diagnose the problem but truly never set foot in our home. Not reliable or honest.

Got the parts I needed fast and saved me $$. They were friendly, down to earth, with helpful advice.
Our dishwasher broke two months ago. After calling for over a month, they finally scheduled an appointment. My husband took time off of work to meet the repairman, only to have them not show up. Now as we try to call them back to reschedule, they have not returned our calls or attempted to contact us to schedule the repair they agreed to do. Horrible service!

As advertised!! I bought a matching set from AA and they gave me a solid 4 month warranty, then came a few days later to deliver and install them. I've been using the set heavily and had no issues at all. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!
