My go-to store moving forward. Recently, my 15-year, over-the-range microwave finally gave out. The issue was the color - bisque. I went online to Appliance Alley and found one item that would work. A quick phone call to Lil at Appliance Alley had it on order. She made the whole process easy. Lil was only outdone by Levan, their installer, who carefully remove the old one and masterfully installed the new microwave with great precision and care. I just purchased a new washer and dryer set from Appliance Alley and the owner Tony and Bob the gave me good insight on the brands and had a good selection to choose from. Delivery was on time. Best part is they were friendly and not pushy sales guys. Prices were good too!

Lousy service...Tony the owner and Mike the salesman are very sleazy and cheap. Do not trust them.
