bad work Terrible. Owner is unresponsive. A/C went out around 7pm for the fourth time. Tech cam out and said there was a leak in the system & motors were burned out. Someone would come in the morning to fix. Techs came the next day and the unit still didn't work after repairs. I called again and was told to flip the breaker to reset the system. After this suggestion didn't work, I called again and was told to wait a while to see if the system kicked on, which it didn't. The tech had to return and told me he had switched off ... read more

bad work it just is not worth calling these guys...they upsell everything, charge ridiculously expensive prices, they act really politely and helpful until you call them after they made a mistake and you need them to return to your house to fix the error...at which point they literally disappear and stop answering phone calls....and instead send their head boss to try to sell you a new unit instead they recommend replacing anything and everything (even items already under warranty)..it just isn't worth it to call them i am j... read more

Bad service Never use these people. We paid them thousands of dollars for a brand new system that still doesn't work 5 days later, and no one knows why. Every tech that comes out to our house tells use something different and the AC manager keeps telling us he will call us and never does.
