Jeff was awesome!!! Very fair price, fast and on time response, and most important my dishwasher is working again. I thought the drain pump on my Samsung dishwasher was shot. I have tried everything and finally made some calls. 911 appliance answers immediately. Jeff told me they typically don’t work on Samsung because parts are impossible to find. Called this guy in the morning and told him how the fridge was acting and he said he would be here in a couple hours and he showed up early, which was great!
