Super happy living here . The apartment has great space and is updated . The office team is always warm and communicative . The maintenance team comes immediately if you have any issues. The service is everything you could want in a property management company. 3 min drive to commissary/ base. No issues with neighbors being loud. Plenty of parking for the tenants. Definitely worth looking at if you’re looking for a place to stay in Fayetteville / near Fort Bragg .
The apartments, the complex, and the administration for Meadow Pointe Apartments are great. They just did a Easter Egg hunt for the kids here, a nice display of this company's values and culture. What I want to focus on is the maintenance team here. I've called the maintenance team for a couple reasons. Once was for my dishwasher, this gentleman named Jeremy came to my home within an hour.
