I currently live at Applewood place and I'm in the process of looking for another place to live. It's one thing to have the rules that HUD has which are there for safety but they are becoming very, very strict on what you can and can't do living there. You're not allowed to have a bird feeder, you can't have wax warmers or Glade plugins because they consider them a fire hazard, even though the wax warmers have a safety feature on them.
