There was a complete absence of clear, proactive communication from the kash I felt like I was constantly pulling teeth just to get a basic status update. The service advisor was vague, unable to provide concrete information, and seemed unwilling to take the time to explain the situation with my vehicle clearly. When I was finally spoken to, the information often contradicted previous statements. This lack of transparency and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
Kanwar and Ronen were amazing to work with! They made my new car purchase quick, easy, and stress free. Super helpful and professional, highly recommend them!
In general this was not the experience I expected from a reputable dealership. I would be careful purchasing a used car from here too.
I've just leased my first car at applewood, and I've never met better sales representatives than the people working at this dealership.
