I am having a very frustrating time with this dealership. I returned a car on September 11, 2025 but on the 22nd Nissan Finance deducted another payment. I spoke to a manager and he said that they will remit the payment to Nissan Finance so I can get the refund right away, that was the 24th. He says any problem just call or text him and he will personally take care of it. I find out today that the payment was only remitted September 29 and the refund will be on October 23 the earliest. I had the best experience at Applewood Nissan Richmond! All the staff at this dealership are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Allen was so personable, patient, and accommodating! We were able to find my mom a really nice Honda CRV with his help. He provided all the details and made sure we had everything we needed for the purchase.
