Horrible service, i gave my car as a trade-in, they did not pay the loan till now, and this is the second month and it is a mess because it is affecting my credit score badly and i just realized they charged me another month of the old loan, and the sales agent never answers, they gave me the new car i bought without gasoline on it, it was an awful experience with these guys, I would never buy there again!
We had a great experience at Applewood Nissan Richmond. Janet did an excellent job helping us find cars we liked. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to understand our requirements and preferences in a vehicle. Ransen, the Sales Manager, also gave us a great deal and made the process smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely consider doing business with them again in the future!

Went to applewood nissan/infiniti for my first oil changed and was a very good experience hamish ram is really kind guy and helpful I did not wait for long to get my oil changed done and they take care the car well so thank you applewood Nissan/infiniti
I've never given any business a 1 star review before and this is definitely the first. This is probably the worst Nissan dealership I've dealt with from the time we purchased this vehicle up until servicing. The GM is quite a snobbish rude individual and was dressed unprofessionally and shabby for such a large dealership. The service advisor I dealt with the first time was absolutely excellent!! But the second time it was a disaster. he was very slow sloppy and came across as a robot lol. They over charge and under deliver. ... read more
