I had a very good experience shopping for the 2021 Nissan Rogue yesterday. One of the sales persons named Igor was so helpful and friendly. He explained thoroughly about buying a used car at Nissan and accompanied me to do the test drive. Eventually I purchased the vehicle at the price that's totally reasonable. Btw, everyone working at Nissan dealership here is very nice and I saw lots of smiling faces around. Came back twice on different occasions to look at 2 different cars. Tera was great salesperson to work with very communicative and accommodating to work with. If I were to find another car im interested in I would definitely work with her again. Although we did not make a deal it was great to work with her. Such a great experience buying a car at Applewood Nissan Richmond last weekend. There is a team atmosphere where everyone works together to provide stellar service to the customer. Janet Yu was exceptional in helping us with the purchase. She is very knowledgeable and helpful - and to top it off such a nice and fun person to talk to.
