It's not a bad job at all. I've worked in the technology field so long that when I decided to do something like this I felt very grateful. The staff works hard to accommodate the consumers in the home and the consumers are treated with loving care and respect, and that means the staff are treated the same which creates a strong bond between both the staff and the consumers. The moral is high for that reason.
