We went to Kia showroom because I wanted to gift a car to my dad Anshul Garg was our sales advisor. He was very good and helpful , He seemed very professional in his work. At the end we selected Kia Seltos EX Premium SUV. We will contact Anshul again when we need to buy another car from Kia.
Last tow week ago I checked by online Applewood Kia and one of sale manager name YUVi contact me and we met at the branch.When we met he is really nice guys as I know and everything he explained is nice and detail.I much Appreciate that YUVI maybe we see you in future again. Thanks,Hang
YUVI is very helpful and great he is very professional pleasant to deal with deserves a five star rating💞. And sales manager sayed was very nice to speak with us and made us comfortable .
i dropped my brand new 2025 kia sorento phev in to get an oil change and the dealership gave me a complimentary wash, but they actually ruined the paint with swirls all over, i was very upset so i spoke to a manager, Luke was very helpful! within 2 minutes of looking at my kia he agreed the paint wasnt looking good so he booked me in to get the paint corrected at no additional cost! Best customer service from luke
Worst dealership I have ever gone . They take forever to reply you back and doesn’t satisfy you needs. I bought KiA K4 from them in February. They gave me the car the very first day and the next day they called me that I have to come back and return the car because there was a problem from a bank and then they applied from a different bank and they were asking us for a down payment. They asked us $1500 for the down payment and then eventually came to $750 . They know how to play the money games. I would not recommend anybody... read more
