I went in to get my car serviced...was overpriced. Worse though, I asked them to install a tail light I bought. They ended up charging me forty bucks and the tail light is still busted. (If there is a deeper electrical problem then they shouldn't have taken my money to replace the light, but they did anyway) They do everything they can to take your money. Beware
We had an excellent experience at applewood kia. We bought Kia Niro phev which is a great car and as fuel efficient as we were told. The dealing with Raj and Tony was delightful. The first thing I told Raj when I entered the showroom was that I didn’t need a salesman but I need someone to guide me and get me a car that fits according to my needs & he did exactly what I asked for and walked through with a car by evening. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kia Applewood Langley. We have been minivan shopping for weeks/months to accommodate our growing family, and found the overall experience stressful and a lot of salespeople very pushy and dishonest (never revealing the hidden costs of the car or refusing to provide Carfax, inspection reports, etc). Suggesting to not deal with these people. Yesterday, I test drove a newly trade in car in this Kia dealership Branch. It supposed to go through their inspection today and they send me the result today. Then I accepted the price after I got calls from their sales person today. And asked the sales lady that if they can replace the front brake pads as courtesy to their customers. I even mentioned that I don’t want discount.
