This is now my third review for this dealership - back to 5 stars we go. Sales manager here got wind of our experience with the service team and promptly made it right. Things happen but grateful that they took our concerns seriously and gave us a full refund of the charges.
When I bought my vehicle. There was a report on things that had been done. The only thing I witnessed was the windshield wipers and they were scraping metal across my window when I test drove the car. Obviously not done and the manager mansplainrd me and told me that they’re a good company and I should not think bad about this. Now today there was a recall on my brake line.
