Hottest day of the summer and our air conditioner decided to not work. Once I told Nick how hit the house was getting (28) he left the office and came straight over. An hour later we had cool air again. Excellent customer service!
Applewood (Devan) did a very professional and great job doing an annual air conditioner service.
My AC is just 4 years old and not working properly and still under warranty. They have indicated that it is probably a faulty unit. They refilled it for me but still have not fixed it $464 later. I do not want the dye test as it is messy and can damage internally to flooring & walls. The techs I have talked to don't recommend having it done. I have talked to other companies now and they indicated that it is usually the coil (which is still under warranty) and they are surprised that Applewood is not fixing this AC on their d... read more
