My AC is just 4 years old and not working properly and still under warranty. They have indicated that it is probably a faulty unit. They refilled it for me but still have not fixed it $464 later. I do not want the dye test as it is messy and can damage internally to flooring & walls. The techs I have talked to don't recommend having it done.
