Geoff and his team did an excellent job for us. We were in a tough place and Geoff came through when we needed him. He and his team were nothing but straightforward and honest throughout the entire process.
Worked with a team of qualified individuals that got my loan in place immediately. When my conventional financing was in place Pioneer Title who was handling the admin of the loan did a great job. Well done!
I would not recommend Applewood Funding to anyone. I read the reviews before applying, but decided to continue the application process because the good seemed to outweigh the bad. Unfortunately my experience has been similar to the other bad reviews. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
Whole process was smooth as pie from start to finish. They have done multiple loans for us and each time, they do it right. Geoff never over-promises or under-performs. If you need a non-conforming loan for any purpose, I would recommend them over anyone else.
