Worst customer service ever! Mitch hasn’t communicated at all since we applied. I have texted him, called the dealership for him asking for updates or anything and there has been no communication for over a month. 3 weeks ago he said he’d been in Toronto and would give updates soon and then not another word! This process was initially started March 12th! A simple text or response to phone calls or texts! Maybe Mitch couldn’t make it happen but he could’ve just returned a phone call or text!
