Had an appointment with Dr. Lucas for an emergency issue, but waited weeks to get in. The receptionist put me on an 'emergency list' for an opening due to cancellation. She did call me one day, but I had another medical appointment with my PCP to get new prescriptions (no refills left and no script without a visit). Messed up my back on a Tuesday afternoon. Called Tuesday and they got me in early the next morning. Much appreciated. Dr took his time and did an awesome job. Lower back feels the best it has in years. Highly recommend 👍
