Community & people are cool but the HOA for our neighborhood is bottom tier. The HOA focuses on fines for weeds & other minute things but have bigger issues like the apartments across the street using our pool (for free) since their isn’t a consistent guard or protection from outside users. The price of the HOA continues to rise & the general public of the neighborhood is very unpleased with HOA efforts to protect the community (we have a group).
