Everything went smoothly…Maria is awesome!!
Used to be 4 starts when I first moved in, now 2 stars since moving out. This is all because the apartment complex shifted hands, and went over to Harbor Group Living in 2021-2022. Prior to them coming in, things were pretty great. Was the number one apartment complex on my list for my move to the area . Had an appointment for a tour at 3:15 . Got here and no one was in the office . Very disappointed .
My recent assessment of the Applewood property. While the location offers some advantages, several significant maintenance and amenity issues require attention. Many of the buildings exhibit considerable age and wear, particularly the unrenovated units. The existing appliances and cabinetry in these units appear outdated and require substantial upgrades beyond superficial cosmetic repairs.
