Very pleased with the service overall from Applewood. As someone who wasn't well versed in HVAC, Shelley was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in helping us get our AC + humidifier installed. Sonny & Dennis showed up to our home on time and were very efficient during the installation, leaving no mess, and doing a great job. Applewood is now my go to for any HVAC-related needs. EDIT: thanks to Kevin and Dan for doing a wonderful job with our hot water heater!
*edited my review because the President called me to try to “make it right.” I did not mean this post to be slanderous or “nasty” however I feel I was treated unfairly and in a condescending tone. The agreement we came to was the same one that the customer service rep gave me which was the appointment would be Wednesday, or I could get a new filter for free. I'm very satisfied with my new AC unit and would definitely recommend Applewood Air Conditioning to all my family and friends. The people at Applewood Air Conditioning are the best. I recently had to replace my aged unit and contracted Applewood AC to do the job. All the staff made it an easy and painless event with a special shout out to Shelley in sales and Sonny and his coworker who performed the removal of the old and installation of the new unit. HIGHLY recommend Applewood Air Conditioning. Our AC's compressor broke after only 3 years which was installed by a different company - Brendan Obrien gave us a more than fair price on a new AC unit and the team came to install it that very week. I can't say enough about the professionalism of the install team - who also pointed out the bad work the previous company had done. Can't say enough good things about Applewood Air Conditioning - big thanks to Brendan/ Denver (I believe) and the rest of the Install Team!!
Excellent service call, very professional & knowledgable. Would certainly use Applewood AC again.
