I have never witnessed a company with such a non serious approach towards customer service. The technician diagnosed a problem and work order was shared with the office for replacement. I made over 20 calls to service and production manager, one one had a the courtesy to call me back. As a last resort I visited their office. The receptionist was kind enough to convey my concerns to the service team but no one bothered stepped out of their office to address my concern. Absolutely amazing! As anticipated, Denver and Jason went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The entire experience was excellent, including the professionalism and punctuality. I would definitely recommend Applewood Air Conditioning.🙏🏾

We recently had technicians from applewood install our air conditioner. The technicians were very thorough and also very polite. They respected our home and cleaned up after themselves. They consulted us and went over what their suggestion for location of unit was prior to starting the work. I recommend using Applewood. Absolutely unacceptable service. I have a 3-month-old baby and a 2-year-old toddler, and we were left without air conditioning during a major heat wave. Despite multiple calls, they refused to send a technician for almost a week. My newborn cried nonstop from the extreme heat and it was unbearable. To make it worse, the HVAC system was leaking and completely non-functional. I couldn’t even go with another provider because doing so would void the warranty on our brand new home.
