I have never witnessed a company with such a non serious approach towards customer service. The technician diagnosed a problem and work order was shared with the office for replacement. I made over 20 calls to service and production manager, one one had a the courtesy to call me back. As a last resort I visited their office. Absolutely unacceptable service. I have a 3-month-old baby and a 2-year-old toddler, and we were left without air conditioning during a major heat wave. Despite multiple calls, they refused to send a technician for almost a week. My newborn cried nonstop from the extreme heat and it was unbearable. 5 Stars – Honest, Professional, and Saved Us Money! We recently had a new furnace installed and couldn't be happier with the service. Applewood Air replaced my AC unit, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The team showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. The price was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. I haven’t had any issues since. I’m really grateful for the service they provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends and family.
