My grandmother lives at Applewood. They are one of the best assisted living facilities in the area. The staff is caring and friendly and I know she is well taken care of. Her days are filled with games, socials, music, arts and crafts, cooking demos, bus trips, and other fun planned activities. She is so happy there and I have peace of mind. They also have a wonderful dining program with plenty of choices. I have never seen her happier! Thank you to all of your staff for an amazing job!!

Take better care of your CNAs, those people go above and beyond for your patients and are risking their lives during this pandemic and you provide them with cheap lousy paper masks? But the higher ups are equipped with n95 masks? What sense does that possibly make that people who sit in an office and walk around have n95 masks but the ones working your soon to be covid unit are given paper masks. They are making direct contact with positive people.....do a better job Centra State!!!!
