I haven’t been able to go to the dentist in about 7 years and so I was not looking forward to going in, I had an amazing hygienist named Martha and she was so friendly and truly cared and enjoyed her work! Made the entire experience so great and helped make a plan to get me back in to make sure I got the proper care. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
Long story short- was stuck with a $650 bill because they took too long to bill insurance. I was never billed for any work done in 2023. My work switched insurance in 2024. The reached out in April/May 2024 saying my insurance never paid. When they called (a year after the first work was done) we discovered that the insurance account was wrong (SSN and acct. number were switched in their system). Figured issue was taken care of.
