I just moved in, its decent here.
The managers are liars. Appalling trashy property. Currently the owners have show the true lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of shapes. Feral cat colonies have taken up in the undercarriage of several vacant/for sale units. Per the legal department of Hurst the road is not being fixed or filled. If you are injured by loose fencing, contact the city of spokane valley I HAVE BEEN THREATENED BY A HURST EMPLOYE. Nasty slum. One year in and more stuff is falling apart. Rents are going up.
