The managers are liars. Appalling trashy property. Currently the owners have show the true lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of shapes. Feral cat colonies have taken up in the undercarriage of several vacant/for sale units. Per the legal department of Hurst the road is not being fixed or filled. The current owners (Hurst) of the park are a company that buys mobile home/trailer parks. They immediately doubled the price of the lot rent. They have taken away garbage, water and sewer, which used to be included in the lot rent. So in addition to your lot rent you will need to pay for your portion of water, and sewer which is added on to your lot rent even if you own your mobile home/trailer. Lived here since 2003. The current management and owners have been the best so far. They are pretty active in The park and try to work with you to keep the place good. They have also worked hard and gotten rid of terrible tenants the past owners allowed to move in here that gave the place a bad rep. Now it's very quiet and the neighbors are wonderful. No need to worry constantly about your stuff like before.
This lot is taking away amenities and features while attempting to justify rent increases. Shoddy road patchwork, Snow plow damages trailers, Plans to remove the laundry room, no maintenance done on the property, all while raising rent. It shouldn't be hard to fix things instead of making snarky remarks in response to people asking for you to do better.
I’m new here and I love it . It’s quiet , it’s cosy and has a family feel to it because the people that live here NOW get along with each other for the most part. My kids love to play with their awesome friends and we all Look out for each other which is just amazing. Management is professional and straightforward which is just how I like it.
