DO NOT MOVE IN. UPDATE: Management is now entering units without notice or tenant's permission. The building has been terrible since it was sold to its current owner in 2019. We are now on our second property management company. They have both been terrible. The building was remodeled in 2024 and a horrible job was done. I'm pretty sure some things were not done to code. If I could give this place 0 stars I would this place is the worst to live in. So glad I no longer live here. They never fix issues in the apartments takes them 1 month just to get something fixed. Management doesn’t do there job correctly, maintenance doesn’t even know how to correctly fix anything. If you like to live in mold and garbage this is for you.
