Horrible experience. I just moved to Kingston from Toronto and wanted a referral to a specialist here in Kingston. Woman couldn’t retain the information I gave her long enough take accurate notes. Informed me she could only discuss one matter today (even tho there was no one else waiting to be seen and her schedule was on screen in full view and I could see all the patients she had seen earlier with their full names and reason for visits.). Just a fantastic experience. Everyone was kind and helpful including the Lovell pharmacy staff, Telemedicine staff and the blonde lady at the cash (owner)? The nurse did a very thorough examination and the doctor was quick to assess. Thanks for such a positive experience!
Super quick and polite service from the clinic. This place is worth the commute from anywhere in Kingston. Pharmacy is super quick as well.
Came across this clinic in the middle of a crazy snow storm on Christmas Eve as my 7 year old was in need of a doctor. Since we are from out of province here visiting my mom who is terminally ill, going to a hospital was out of question as we will potentially expose her to god knows what.
