I and other members of my family have had to use this walk-in clinic on several occasions. We have always appreciated this service when we are unable to get into our family doctor. We don't wish to go to the ER for a minor issues. Now I hear it's closing which upsets me greatly. It is a mistake!
Absolutely Terrible! Asking personal questions in the hallway of Metro before entering the room then asking 20 minutes of intake questions all to speak to the doctor for 45 seconds who did not even help or address what I was there for then quickly signed off. Second terrible visit, guy sat in office for an hour, laughed when I told him why I was there and said they don’t deal with that. The staff seems like they would rather sit on their phones then help people who need it. Horrible service and total lack of care.
The fact that you won't see children under 4 is pretty ridiculous.
I found this walk in very helpful , I was in and out within 29 mins, it may have been timing but no complaints from me . Thank you !
