Clinic was closed when I arrived for my scheduled (and confirmed) appointment. No notice was given via text, email, or through their patient portal. Tried calling, and was advised of "an average wait time of 3 minutes". After 20+ minutes on hold (twice), I finally connected with a woman, who was nice enough, but didnt seem aware that the clinic was closed, and could offer no explanation as to why. After waiting outside for over a half hour, I left without being able to see anyone.
Tha web side said it is open! It not true!
Also, the other woman is correct. The staff showed up late, and didn't say a word as I was standing outside. After watching a few more minutes, I realized the door was open, and let myself in to have to go and look for staff. I came in with an obvious eye infection, and the nurse refused to let me see a doctor's me without providing a COVID test. I'm at a medical facility, being turned down for medical care, because I can't prove that I'm well? If I was well I wouldn't be here. This place is a joke.
Clinic opens at 9am on Saturday, I was waiting outside. Someone showed up at 9:05 to open the door, no rush to get in. She opened the doors and went off to another room. At this point im still the only one there, no other patients have walked in. She had no business mine set, it took her 1/2 hr to finally come down and let me know their computers are having problems to try and check in now. I tried to check in and they still had problems.
