I have my furniture in the storage for two years now, want to give them a call to pay my storage fee the phone number is not longer working and there’s no other way to contact them…. what is really going on to anyone know ?
I wouldn't suggest reserving a uhaul here. Especially if your situation has scheduling parameters that you have to keep. Made a reservation for a pick up time for a uhaul truck and went to pick it up at the time we reserved it for and the lady in the office said she wouldn't rent it to us because someone reserved it for later that day and refused to give it to us. We just needed it for 2 hrs and the next reservation was for much later that evening. If they don't want to rent it out to us they shouldn't have let us reserve it... read more
I have had my house in this facility since it was Apple Tree. Now my code doesn't work, they can't find me in their system! Yet they find me when the bill is due!! Nobody in the office for weeks on end at Strickland office!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
