Awful experience. The agent abruptly hung up on me after me after I asked for information regarding a physician! She mumbled something (barely legible) about not knowing and then hung up on me! Im Just baffled that they put people completely who are unprofessional, rude, have no manners or tact, no knowledge of customer service in charge of speaking to patients & patient care?!! Dr Vale is our family doctor and just awesome.
Flawed booking site, poor correspondence with doctors and staff, and overall unprofessional environment. I once waited months for results and could not get in touch with the doctor. They had also referred me to a "professional" without credentials and who had a criminal history. Not once did they respond to my complaints. I'm not sure how this place is still operating.
This place is joke. Registered here for family doctor then it was closed for god knows how long. It was supposed be open on May 20, 2025. Now it says June 2, 2025? Why do you even run this place? Just close it down. It is useless anyways.
