Made an appointment through their online portal - which they recommend patients do. No where does it say that it was an online appointment not in person. I show up and check-in via their online kiosk - which a sign asks you to do - then wait 20 mins past my appointment time. When I ask the receptionist how much longer it will be, she tells me I should have asked after checking in on the kiosk and that they have no record of my appointment. then proceeds to ask for all of my information again. Very mismanaged clinic, with a doctor who doesn’t care about her patients and makes them wait a ridiculous time - especially if they don’t have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. Lack of communication and concern is insane. I had an experience here where a family member came to see a Dr. Tina and she took her into the room. Then asked her to go outside and pay (as she doesn’t have health insurance) then completely ignored her for 20minutes while talking to a different parent. The front receptionist (short, adorable black girl with glasses) is very friendly and courteous, I really appreciate the kindness and patience she has for every patient I’ve seen her interact with and help check-in, including myself. The reason for the 3-star rating is because of the pharmacy and Dr. Tina. To start, I’ve seen doctor Tina thrice now and although she’s not explicitly rude, she has a very cold demeanour and most of my interactions with her simply give me the impression that she is not happy to assist.
