They couldn't even speak to me for 10 secondes. Very rude staffs.
This guy put you on hold saying hold for a second then never return. Not recommended.
Would give zero stars if I could. What a waste of time. My appointment was at 1:05 and I wasn’t seen until 1:45. Fine, I expect to wait, that’s not my main issue but it just adds to the overall anger I felt upon leaving this clinic. I am absolutely appalled that I could not get a prescription renewed here that I have been on for a year and that is keeping me stable. Would they like me to end up in the ER without my medication? Bare bones self serve clinic that offers telemedicine. I booked my appointment online. As I am waiting for my appointment that was supposed to begin half hour ago, there is grumbling amongst the other people waiting that they are about 2 hours behind. Emergency hospital visits are one thing, but who's got a day to kill for a scheduled doctor appointment? I am very happy that I have a family doctor, and normally do not have any issue with appointments...it is only when he is away from the office that I must resort to the priv... read more
