I had a appointment at 8.45 , it’s past 10 And I haven’t been called yet, what do you mean when you book an appointment? Adding to that, Last time i came here i waited 6 hours outside and 2 hours inside the building! Ontario Health should take action!
It is important for your health to choose a different place to seek help. I was refused the medication I severely needed during a hypertension spike (healthy 31 years old with bad genes). I then went to the hospital and the entire staff were disgusted by their behaviour. I did not feel welcome there in the slightest. Please go somewhere else.
Had an appointment on Sunday which was odd as I didn’t think clinics were open on Sundays. Sure enough when we arrived it was closed. What a waste of time
Waiting time for walk in said half an hour...here we still are 3 hrs later, and not been seen. I think my name was passed over as everyone who came later is now gone. Would not recommend
