We had a scheduled paid virtual appointment with Appletree Medical Group and waited over 2 hours on Zoom — no doctor ever joined. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a medical service where timing and reliability matter. We received no updates, no explanation, and no apology during the wait. We also tried to reach out while waiting but did not receive any helpful response. 4 months and counting to get test results the should have been ready within 10 days. They made no excuses. Phone service is useless. Had to take another day off work to go into the facility to remind them of this.
