My experience here was great, Dr Shukle the dermatologist is very nice and professional. The receptionist was nice as well. Would come again.
Because of a mixup on appletree's booking system for an online appointment, I was told by the doctor to walkin anytime thursday or friday 9am to 1pm to compensate for their mismanagement. But when i got there at 9:30 am, I was told of that they only accepts 15 walk-in patients which is a very important information to know about that they fail to inform me. I was referred to Dr. Paul Irwin for an chronic problem and he is truly the nicest doctor I have ever seen. He took ample time to explain what was going on, made me very comfortable and has rectified the problem. Leaving his office, I felt like I made a new friend instead of coming out of an uncomfortable appointment. This is very unusual for me as I don't normally see male doctors. Thanks again Doc for all your help!
