If the Ontario Ministry of Health and Mr Ford could take a look at how this place is operating, it would be greatly appreciated. What is happening here is completely unacceptable. Elderly people are forced to wait over two hours outside in –10°C weather, and the doors are not even opened at the scheduled time. This is extremely disrespectful and shows a complete lack of care for patients.
