Very disappointed! I can't get an appointment with Dr. Habib, and walk-ins aren’t possible either. At 8 a.m, the clinic is already full, even though it’s not officially open yet, and they don’t accept more than 15 patients. When I asked, “What are my options?” I was told, “He’s everyone’s family doctor.”
If you're looking for a walk-in visit, be wary of trusting the website information. They say they accept the first 15 patients. I arrived well before the registration at 8:30 PM to make sure I could be amongst the first 15 in line. I was #14. Phew. Unfortunately, at 9:30, just as I neared the registration kiosk, I was informed that they could only take 12 walk-ins because they had appointments to account for in their 15 patient limit. My experience here was great, Dr Shukle the dermatologist is very nice and professional. The receptionist was nice as well. Would come again.
Because of a mixup on appletree's booking system for an online appointment, I was told by the doctor to walkin anytime thursday or friday 9am to 1pm to compensate for their mismanagement. But when i got there at 9:30 am, I was told of that they only accepts 15 walk-in patients which is a very important information to know about that they fail to inform me.
