I had a virtual appointment, today, waited x15mins before my appointment time, only to get a voicemail that I was a no-show when in fact, i dint even leave my chair while I was waiting for my Dr. to appear on Zoom. And the more its frustrating coz there's no call back #, to let them know, "hey Im still here in Zoom waiting for you" I cried due to frustration. I was there today: March 20 2025, in my opinion that's the worse clinic appletree medical group has, terrible service from receptionists, I've been there twice already, and honestly I won't bother on going anymore. I am dissatisfied with the poor service that I received from your branch in Kanata 150 Katimavik,I, and my wife with my 2 year and 4 year old baby waited in the cold, the staff walked in at 5 mins to 8:00 while an unserious tall slim lady staff rushed in at around some minutes to 9:00, however we took turn to register and we were delayed afterwards for complete 5 hours before we were called.
