Not sure why other people had such negative things to say? I had an excellent experience. Staff were kind and accommodating. Doctor was extremely kind and respectful. Timing was fair for a walk-in. Would recommend coming in the mornings.
I had an appointment with Dr. Yacoob Barmania about my health issue. He simply told me my blood test was normal and didn’t make any effort to investigate further or help figure out what was actually wrong. When I asked for additional tests to find out what’s going on, he refused. I asked how else we could identify the problem, and he didn’t give me a clear answer at all. I was a bit concerned about the reviews here but my experience turned out pretty good. The nurses and the doctor are very friendly and efficient
Unless you want to waste a few hours of your day do not come here. I ignored the bad reviews and gave it a try anyways. Ended up waiting 2 hours for the doctor to come in for 2 minutes and say he cannot help me. I called to book an appointment prior and to check if they would be able to advise on travel vaccinations to which I was told “yes, you can just walk in”. Absolute waste of my time.
I came since the clinic just opened, it was no queue at all. Staffs and doctor are nice and helpful. UHIP was covered without upfront payment (I paid only $20).
