Since the last time I posted about Appletree Estates they've made significant strides to upgrade the park. Management has been clearing out old homes, and replacing them with new updated single wide homes. Some are for rent, and some are for sale. They also have a swimming pool, but it's closed now for the season. They still have a few things they need to work on. They still don't have handicap access into the clubhouse /community office. And when I lived there, park management left a lot to be desired.
Honestly not a bad park but definitely needs improvement bought a trailer never let us look at it before we purchased it and boom everything started falling apart with in the first month now we’re stuck with every repair and a bee infestation. And overall communication with the office and management is horrible
My wife and I were looking to in the next 6 months. I drove thru here probably 2 months ago just to check it, I wasn’t impressed. I just drove thru again a few days ago, they have really seemed to improve the park from what I can tell. Lots of new homes being put in too. I’ll keep this place in mind 6 months from now.
