Inquired about homes. Was contacted by a rude Lenora. Will not be looking into this community any further. Do not recommend.

The assistant manager argues with minors, literal 12 year olds, there was a video of it but she got it taken down and is now acting like it never happened
Great location. Ashley and Lenora are very helpful. While shopping around for a new place to live I inquired with Appletree Estates. I found both of the girls there to be very helpful and friendly. Ultimately it wasn't the place for me (I needed a garage for my motorcycle) but I was very impressed with the park and staff. I remembered visiting a friend there years ago, and the condition of the park has improved so much. Lots of new homes and you can tell that the management actually cares that the place looks nice. Poor management. No communication at all. If you have kids I would not recommend living here ! You will have management yelling in your face just because they think they are untouchable.
