So far it's nice. We just moved in
I went here to meet someone for something I purchased. It was very easy to get to. The office is right up front and all of the homes were beautifully maintained as well as the lawn care.

Since the last time I posted about Appletree Estates they've made significant strides to upgrade the park. Management has been clearing out old homes, and replacing them with new updated single wide homes. Some are for rent, and some are for sale. They also have a swimming pool, but it's closed now for the season. They still have a few things they need to work on. They still don't have handicap access into the clubhouse /community office. And when I lived there, park management left a lot to be desired.
