There are so many bad reviews about wait times..but they're obviously going to be unpredictable. Depends on how many people are there vs medical staff at that time. My wife and I had to walk in Friday morning at 8am. We checked in, and her name was called within 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes went by and she was out. The registration was done on the self serve screen in front of the registration desk. There's a rexall in the same plaza so within one hour we were home with her antibiotics. Had an appointment for are daughter for thrush they immediately went right to billing right away then proceeded to have us wait 1 hour for the dr to come in for 5 mins and tell us to use canestine felt kinda ripped off in my opinion considering 3 days before that they had us wait for an hour and half to tell us they couldn't see children under 4 very unprofessional and not the best ive seen better with free health care systems.
In my experience, this was a very disappointing interaction with this clinic. An appointment was booked and later confirmed even though we did not believe we had agreed to or confirmed it. When we tried to resolve the issue, it took multiple phone calls to reach someone. On our final attempt, we waited on hold for approximately one hour just to cancel an appointment we did not intend to keep.
