Had the worst experience here today was told there is walk-ins as it begins at 10:30 am only for the next nurse at the front desk to come say there is no walk in after 3 hrs of us waiting in which i would have gone to another location . Please work on your communication among staffs as its not good thing. I felt so bad for the elderly patients who had to come wait there with me and they were all frustrated as well.
You must log on a computer screen when you arrive. There is no receptionist, so if you have questions, tough luck. The computer tells you that you need a mask (this is in February 2025), but these are provided for free. When you are filling out the form on the computer, one statement you must check off is “I understand that the capacity of the waiting room is 9 people”, even though there are 30 or so chairs in there, which were almost all occupied when we arrived. Stay away! Online said 5 minute wait. Drive down to the place. it’s jammed and not accepting walk ins. There wasn’t even a receptionist. Follow the reviews.
Online wait time said 5 min, waited for an hour and a half and decided to leave
Went in for a referral and was denied, she was rushing me out of the room and barely asked any questions.
