$250 to get a shingles vaccine at Appletree. I was told insurance did not cover it. I got the second shot at another doctor's office, $37 after insurance coverage. To transfer my medical file to my new doctor, Appletree charged me over $50. Plus there is a six week wait for the transfer. If you want a prescription refilled, they will not give more than two months of refill, then you have to make a new appointment for a new prescription. Had a very positive experience at this clinic. The woman who helped me check in (didn't catch her name) was very personable and Dr. Baranick was helpful and understanding.
No receptionist. Wait says 5 minutes, much longer than 5 minutes, wait is hours. Nurse practitioner visits not covered and need to pay out of pocket.
