Called due to a power outage in our unit just to see if other units were experiencing the issue or if we needed to contact someone else. The woman on the line hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely rude. After years of poor communication this is icing on the cake. Would not recommend purchasing or renting in their region.
they are unable to keep roads plowed, but they are more than happy to take your money for the job they aren't doing! worst property management I've ever been involved with, by far.
Had 2 packages stolen from inside a locked residential building on one of their properties. I was told they can’t do anything. Shame!
