Do not rent with this company! They kicked all of the tenants out to "renovate" and only added an AC unit. AND NOW THE SECURITY DEPOSIT CHECKS THEY ARE SENDING TO PAST RESIDENTS ARE BOUNCING. I have never heard of that happening with a rental company before. They literally don't have enough money in their account. No one there is returning calls or emails. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Edit - AppleTree was a good place to live until it was sold to new owners in December of 2021. Our contract ended in April 2022 at which time we were told to move out of the complex because the new owners wanted to “renovate” them. Management takes a bit of time to do much of anything, but the housing is great for the price! Close to campus, washer and dryer in unit, and a nice parking lot.
Stayed here for a few weeks with a friend back in summer 2017. Wifi always shut off. Bugs everywhere. It got so bad that I had to sleep on the couch because the bedroom was infested. Landlords would walk right in unannounced. Felt like living in the hood. I hear the rent skyrocketed. Definitely not worth more than $250/month.
Appletree Apartments has a 2.7 star rating with 22 reviews.
Appletree Apartments is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
