As a business owner, I have to say, hands down, this is the most unethical company I have ever worked with. I signed a $500 a month contract with this company with a promise from my rep they would watch my account so I wasn't surprised with overage minutes. Next thing I know they charge my credit card over $5000! No warning or invoices were ever sent to keep me aware of the situation. This company is out there to take advantage of small business owners.
