Take your business elsewhere. Took Kevin forever to finish a tile job and not a very good one at that. Virtually no attention to detail and doesn't seem to care what the finished product looks like. Had to watch him closely and still going to have fix stuff myself. Would not return calls or texts to schedule times and when he did show there was always an excuse why he could only work a few hours at a time. Left a huge mess where he dumped extra grout on the side of house.
When we initially contacted Kevin, he seemed friendly and responsive. However, after the first project , we asked him, to do two other projects, he became increasingly evasive, unresponsive, had to text him over and over, and eventually he would respond. Took him three months to complete a project in our bathroom that should have been done in a few days. He ordered the wrong size cabinet fronts, so we wound up ordering them ourselves and my husband completed the project. He always had an excuse about why he didn't show, etc.... read more
