My garage and living room were needing to be remolded and Kevin did this work very professionally now I can park two cars and enjoy my living room without those walls in the middle. Fair prices and great communication.
Appleton Residential painted my mom’s master bedroom and bathroom. Very knowledgeable of products and did a fantastic job, very detailed. I will definitely be using ARS for my next paint project.
I live out of state and own a rental in Rio Rancho. Kevin has completed several jobs for me and has always been respectful, helpful, and fair. Most recently he installed a new water heater. It was an emergency situation and he was kind enough to fit this service in as soon as possible. I trust Kevin and appreciate his service and loyalty.
Like others have mentioned, Kevin’s work is sloppy and he is inattentive and evasive. When confronted, he resorted to racial slurs and threats against me, my wife and kids. This was the most concerning and disturbing part of our experience with him.
I hired Kevin to purchase and install what I he said were custom retractable patio shades. Over the course of a month, I received a series of shifting explanations for delays. However, the photo he sent matched a readily available, in-stock item on Amazon when I used Google Reverse Image Search.
