I moved in a year ago, and honestly have no complaints. My rent is affordable the property is well maintained and anytime I have had any issues my landlord is extremely quick to respond and fix the issue immediately all while being friendly and helpful. And for those reasons I have chosen to renew my leases.
Richard J.Thompson was the best landlord we had ever had! We ended up buying a home, that is the ONLY reason we are not with him now. Anything we needed he always went above and beyond! He is a very humble and kind man. We would recommend renting from him. If i could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!
Jason was an amazing landlord. the few times we had an issue arise, he was quick to get it solved. If we hadn't bought a house we'd def still be with him. thank you for a good rental experience!
I've lived here for a little over a year and my family and we have enjoyed it. Any issues we have ever had, management is always on top of it and handles them professionally. My neighbors are all super kind and sweet as well. I've never lived somewhere that's made me this happy. The rent cost is very affordable for the quality of the units in my opinion. I've referred some friends and family here also because of how much I love living here.
