Jason is a Great landlord! He’s very responsive, professional, and handles maintenance issues quickly. Communication has always been clear and respectful. I’ve had a positive experience renting here and truly appreciate how smooth everything has been. He’s understanding, easy to communicate with, and actually cares about his tenants. Any concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a landlord this fair and responsive !! Definitely Recommend!!!!

I moved in a year ago, and honestly have no complaints. My rent is affordable the property is well maintained and anytime I have had any issues my landlord is extremely quick to respond and fix the issue immediately all while being friendly and helpful. And for those reasons I have chosen to renew my leases.
