The Huntsville City School system has been great to work with! However having to deal with Appleton is painful, irritating and overly complicated. The list of complaints with Appleton is too long to list. However the primary issues are that 1) their software is difficult to use, 2) certain employees in the company are rude and incompetent and 3) their IT dept. is apparently unable to update an employee profile - no matter how many times you open a ticket to get it fixed.
