When I moved out of my rented townhouse I had Appleton Home Services clean the house prior to turning in my keys, as required by the lease. Good thing: I had gotten lax with my housekeeping during my last year there. Also, I didn't want to go there after a full day of work and commuting, then clean a house that I wasn't going to be living in. They did a better job than I could have done myself. Apartment had many elements that hadn't been cleaned for whole term of the lease, e.g. the sides of the stove. Very thorough cleaning resulted in full refund of security deposit.
